Ambassador Hector E. Morales, Jr.
“Global warming is the overarching event of the 21st century, affecting crops, animals, the oceans, infrastructure, and security. It affects all of us, and especially the world’s most vulnerable citizens. Global warming challenges all of us to act, and by coming together to meet that challenge, if we each take even one small step, we will together turn the tide on the problem.”
